Join Catie Macken and Trudy Perry for a day retreat at Old Canyon Stables. Old Canyon Stables is a serene location nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains of Topanga Canyon. Surrounded by powerful horse and mountain energy, this experience is enhanced and amplified by the magical surroundings of the ranch.

Begin the day with a breathwork ceremony guided by Catie to unravel from our stories, reflect on, and honor the past. Breathwork is a rhythmic, breathing meditation that supports the release of energetic stagnation, old beliefs, unconscious patterns, and fears.

After Breathwork, enjoy a delicious lunch provided by Gjusta catering (included in your registration fee). Walk the grounds, lounge under a tree, or connect with one another during the break. 

In the afternoon, Trudy will guide us through a woven art experience to create the story of our future. Pour your intention into your creation and leave with your unique piece of art.
