I call to your heart - those who are ready, committed and hungry. You are a seeker. You desire a life filled with passion, purpose, and meaning. Most of all, you desire freedom. 

Freedom to access your wildness – your intuitive, instinctive, primal feminine nature. 

There is no quick fix or short cut. This is an intimate journey, we walk together towards deeper embodiment and self possession. 

My 1:1 mentorships are sacred spaces to be seen, held, and witnessed in your totality without judgement. 

I am not here to control your experience, I’m here to connect and co-create. 

The terrain we walk will take us to potent depths. From the realm of the shadow to the wild edge of creation. 

Women do not come to me to stay the same, they come to be reborn. 

With over a decade of experience, I bring wisdom, curiosity, and compassion to our relationship.

Much of my work is informed by my own healing journey and shadow work over the past 15 years. 

I know what it feels like to hide parts of myself away. I felt ashamed of my traumas and past experiences. I locked those deep inside of myself. 

When energy is locked in unprocessed experience, repressed emotions, or rejected soul parts there is not enough vitality to create the life you desire. 

Reclaiming yourself and the parts that have been conditioned out of you through time, lineage, society, fear, and trauma frees up tremendous creative energy for possibility and potential.  

Together, we create safety for you to take up space, step out of conditioning and into your authenticity, soul gifts, and unique contributions.

The Container

    • Select Two, Three, or Four calls each month. Sessions are 75 minutes and include personal practices, rituals, therapeutic conversation, healing work, embodiment/somatic work, breathwork, constellations, and astrological consultation focused on your specific intentions and needs.

    • Office Hours/Text Support (Monday - Friday 12 pm - 5 pm PT): a place to ask questions, or share reflections between sessions. Please note that due to my schedule, response time is within 24 hours.

    • Additional individual work between sessions may include journaling, daily practices, rituals, etc. 

  • $1,333 per month (2 calls per month)

    $1,777 per month (3 calls per month)

    $2,222 per month (4 calls per month) 

    Three months minimum.
    Six and twelve month options available at a reduced rate.

  • All calls are scheduled up front. Once your application has been accepted,, we will choose a day of the week / time slot that works best. I understand that life happens. If we need to reschedule for any reason, please let me know via email or text thread within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be rescheduled and you will not be eligible for a refund. There may be instances where I need to reschedule a session and will give you ample notice.

  • I do not offer discovery calls at this time. I encourage you to browse my social media, website, and Substack to feel into my process, energy, and communication style. Another great way to experience my facilitation is to join a virtual Breathwork group (every month around the full moon). If you’re still unsure, you may choose to fill out the application to gain clarity on your intention for this work. The application does not commit you to this container. After filing out the application, if you decide that this is not an aligned energetic match for you, you are welcome to withdraw your application.

  • Both! Most of my 1:1 work is virtual over Zoom. If you are located in the LA area, we have the unique opportunity to hold some (or all) sessions in person, or create a hybrid model.
